We posted last Friday regarding the potential for some very hot weather to impact the UK from the middle of this coming weekend and that is still very much the case.
But before we get to that many of us will see rainfall over the next two days with a Met Office weather warning in place for those in the South West and Southern parts of wales.
Thankfully by Sunday the skies will be much clearer and temperatures will build with much of England reaching temperatures of 23 to 24c with a high in the region of 26c for London.
On Monday the heat builds further with a larger part of the UK seeing nice hot weather with a top temperature of 30c.
Then comes probably the hottest day of the week. Scotland will see temperatures maxing out at around 27/28c, Northern Ireland 26c, Ireland 26c, Wales 31c and up to 36c for England.
Beyond Tuesday the various model outputs differ with the Western extent of the hot conditions however the majority will still see a fine day with London and East Anglia potentially reaching 33c
All of this also means a potential for some lively thunderstorms particularly on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. We will have more detail on this over the weekend.
